The documentary was average, seriously, if you are a true fan, you knew all this shyt, WWE knows their fans are sheep and would cop anything they put out on dvd even though alot of their historical docs are "rinse and repeat" status

only thing i didnt know was Tony Chimel is the 2nd longest employee of WWE, had no clue dude been working there since 1983 in some fashion

I didnt even know Chimel was still there...

one thing that bugged me...they address the Owen Hart situation and talk about the negative affect it had...but they dont even begin to touch the Chris Benoit situation...its been long enough, i think they can address it now.

Honestly I think if they really wanted to cover the Chris Benoit situation it could be its own dvd with everyone talking about: all of the fallout, tons of negative publicity, how the media RAN with the steroids reasoning, how WWE had to switch it up, have Alvarez and/or Meltzer give their double talk about the situation, how it almost destroyed american wrestling, and etc.

i agree, but also disagree because it would then be seen as a way to capitalize and profit from it. i think they should address it when it comes up and ultimately leave the door shut. they shouldnt try to really put it out there like that..though it would be interesting and people would readily eat it up.

I agree, it could be seen as a negative as a dvd but I doubt Vince would just openly talk about it unless if it was a dvd type format.

If they really launch the WWENetwork, they should do a big ass 24 episode series about the History of the WWE. Just go into detail about every single important event/wrestler/angle the company has ever had. For once take advantage of all the footage they have and interview guys like Steve Yohe, Graham, Meltzer, Larry Matysik and Bill Apter. Just go all in with a huge anthology that would be praised by every single fan and garner attention as the ESPN 30 for 30 series.

Then, release a DVD/BR set with matches and angles covered in the TV episodes. Every-fukking-body wins

This looks interesting and I like learning about the history of the company. I agree that the wwe network needs to hurry up and happen. my question about the DVD is if it comes with any extra collectibles or features? I don't mean on DVD, but outside. was thinking of just getting on prime and saving $20 or so on a regular DVD box if there isn't anything but the disc.
