I'm going to admit that I'm on the far end of the spectrum where I don't believe women unless there's proof. I admit that.
Because chics have lied to me about being raped before. At least 3 women in my past that did not know one another, lied and said they were raped because they wanted "my attention"
so this is part of the reason why I don't believe chics unless I just KNOW them and KNOW they're trustworthy, or unless they have proof

This! Women outchea accusing dudes left and right, which okay.... you have the freedom to do so... but don't men have the freedom to demand PROOF? And then to further demand that if there is NO PROOF, then you need to go to jail for accusing me of this
I need clarity on this too, because I thought we were in this era of sexual "freedom" and women being free to do with their bodies as they will...
but if she decides she wants to have sex with me one night and then the next morning, regrets that she did it... ORRR she was inebriated and she wakes up today with no memory, that means I'm guilty of assaulting her?
And let's not act like being blackout drunk and making moves that you don't remember, doesn't happen. That's what the entire movie "THE HANGOVER" was all about:

So if a chic gets so drunk or high or whatever and she's out here making moves and decides to have sex with a man, and then doesn't remember it, and then wants to cry rape, what is that??
Why is it that society wants to pretend that women are these dainty creatures with no responsibility for their actions like we don't all know better?

If you look within yourself you'll find that society is demanding that you focus harder on what type of settings and what type of people you hang around with and you're not reacting too well to that. Which is fair, because it feels like the exact opposite of "freedom".
The new rules are demanding that you take a hard stance on how you live your life. And just by your last point, it seems you've understood that...and in the end that's really all you can do. Understand the new rules and adapt, it's been like that for all generations breh.

Its hard for me to beleive any woman if she said she got raped unless I see HARDCORE evidence. Im super skeptical if a woman says she was raped. Too many women throw that shyt around like nothing and even if ur acquitted the dude in questions reputation is fukked up.....they need to put harsher laws on people who have false claims

If a man or woman falsely accuses someone of rape, they deserve the same punishment that the innocent party would have gotten if he or she were found guilty.
Besides that ... I mean, no matter how you feel, rape is far too serious of an accusation/incident to not take as seriously as possible. I understand being skeptical, but that's something I'd rather take deathly serious and discover it was a lie, rather than brush it off as a joke only to find out it really happened.

I think most women don't report rape because they have personal ties to the rapeist. It's not as simple as them feeling that no one will believe them. They might feel it will destory thier family or hurt someone they care about.

I agree that this conversation needs to be had and I'm even more glad that I contributed something to it. Because I wholeheartedly see where you're coming from breh, I definitely do; many folks are gonna get caught up and it's gonna be a whole lot of our folk (black men) at that.
Which is why I believe that facing the music ASAP will keep TOO many from going under rather than trying to shut the noise out. That is my stance.
Because truth be told on the one hand there's my concern for black men, but on the other there's also my concern for black women. Regardless of the vocal ones that are irresponsible there is a number of responsible ones that also feel some things within the community should change. So we face the music for those black women, because they're our sisters and they deserve to see us put maximum efforts to accomodate their needs (whatever those may be) in the way that can benefits us both (bm/bw) best.

That’s not what I was saying. Anyone should allowed to change their mind about anything at anytime. But there are risks to doing such things. In an ideal world, any man can be 5 strokes in, the woman can change her mind, and the guy will move on in a calm fashion. However, we know that this isn’t how the world works. People are crazy and if you just met the guy but you go into a bedroom with him, there is always a potential for danger for both sexes.
