There is no evidence of these towers being harmful or harmless, but the towers are still being installed next to populations, despite the recommendations from scientists to dig further into the topic of their potential danger. Given that, attacking the towers can be considered rational since those installing them are not being cautious. It sends the message that health has to be prioritized.

They actually ARE being cautious since the data thus far gives no indication of deleterious effects and they are constantly monitored. Attacking things because there MIGHT be deleterious effects some unspecified time in the future is not rational whatsoever. Were that the case, we should bomb China and North Korea immediately as that would be a 'rational' action.
