Another confusing thing is that the winner of the battle royal gets a title shot at Clash in Paris. Why wouldn't they get a title shot at SummerSlam? It's a two-night show, they need as many matches as possible. Unless they're saying whoever wins between Iyo and Rhea won't be defending at SummerSlam?

They have too many damn events this summer and they're all meaningless. It's like they're trying to overcompensate because of all the downtime between Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania. You can't get excited for anything because there's no time to build all these shows up.

What the best solution from all of this is actually locking down the brands and bring back "brand only ppvs" again which would give a reason why we have all these different shows and everyone can get some shine. Also imagine if they did the 2 night SummerSlam as "SummerSlam Night 1: Raw Only" and "SummerSlam Night 2: SmackDown Only"...
