Because time travel always seems simple until it ends in disaster due to unforseen circumstances. I don't see the need to risk that when I could be set for life or at least until I get my body into peak shape and get A-Rod contract.

Or you could prevent a friend from a similar situation.

Even if you ain't money hungry Looper is clearly the no-brainer selection.

The options are limitless. 91K a year is probably the least valuable perk on the whole list.

Plus these sports let you wager at halftime. Even an hour into the second half, you could determine if you're gonna win your wager. With Looper you're an instant millionaire, but go ahead and wait on a measly $250 a week. All of the other perks are far more valuable than that.

I know there are great upsides to looper but I am too big a sci fi fan to screw around with time. I've watched the looper powers play out, in multiple ways, it never ends well. If you want to ride with it cool, I'd rather keep it simpler.

Looper is hard to resist because you can control time. But its only an hour a day. There in lies the dilemma. Think about how much shyt occurs in a day. Do you choose to use that hour to keep your loved ones safe, or to get rich? Are you going to be selfish with it and save family or are you gonna try to stop tragedies like mass shootings and global terrorism? What about the implications of time zones? How does that play into the picture?

Efficient is a decent option but hopefully you don't get bored.

You combine the abilities looper / efficient and you might be on some butterfly effect shyt. Going mad slowly before you realize the true ultimate equalizer which is inevitability! No combo of any of the perks will allow you to be immortal.

SBS is the ability to look into the future or past without using any current time while you are in that meditation mode. So basically for that moment time stops. The stipulation is you cannot use it for more than 10 minutes at a time and you can't exceed 1 hour in a 24 hour period. You can't use your future sight ability to see the consequence of exceeding the time limits. And trust me, you don't wanna know.

Also give me teleportation, telekinesis, or mental telepathy.

With madman i can essentially get sysadmin rights to my brain and control every hormone, chemical, and substance release on command and have ZERO side effects. I can have NZT from limitless, never be depressed, change my time perception to give me superhuman reaction time, and pretty much any chemical the body produces all at the same time.

Madman makes prodigy useless because I can understand concepts inside and out and in thousands of different ways the anybody can by controlling the chemicals in my brain. I wouldn't even have to be some crazy scientist, I could just be the best musician that ever lived and coast off that alone.

Madman makes this whole list useless because I can find a way to replicate any of them if I can essentially control my brain

Sounds great in theory, but is there an actual drug like NZT that can significantly improve your intelligence? Without a fictional NZT, madman just lets you enjoy the great parts of getting high without any negative side effects.

But with the other effects I can manufacture something crude and simple without having to worry about the side effects

Looper will definitely save your life a couple of times(although you can still die from a bunch of shyt)

Efficient is really good if you're a hard worker, can get a lot of shyt done with the extra 9 or so hours you get a day(sleep+eating+shytting).

Combined you basically have a 25 hour day to work on whatever you want with little interruption.
