I think down south in Dade is where you move if you a breh with money. Cutler Ridge/Bay area. I think North Miami Beach has some middle class Black parts too. Been a while since I been down there so I’m not sure either tho.

I’d say palmetto Estates which is in the southern part of the county. It has a mix of Hispanics, trinis, Jamaican and Haitians but mostly African Americans.

Its probably like San Diego where there are no real black neighborhoods anymore just " small pockets"... My wife is born and raised San Diego and she doesn't even recognize her old neighborhood and she's never moved away from this region..its all Mexican and Asian

It’s almost 400K brehs in Dade County, yeah it’s probably getting more and more Caribbean as time goes on, but there still a whole lot of Geechi brehs down there.

Most of the time, you'll have neighborhoods where there's a couple blocks of churchgoing middle class blacks surrounded by fukkery

All those neighborhoods west of I-95 on the 7th Ave corridor from Opa-locka to downtown

Richmond Heights

Homestead

All of these have the same dynamic as I stated above, college educated churchgoers surrounded by bullshyt

There's some other places but they're primarily Caribbean
