Where you go as a player matters. Especially at QB. Andrew Luck retired because the Colts were poorly run post Manning. Look at the Bengals.

This has nothing to do with Cam being black and more about defending my pre draft analysis, I’m worried believe me through 4 games i haven’t seen any of the flash that’s impressed me in college or pre season but this team has nothing to give- nothing!!! Maye had some good teammates and coaching and culture- not a lot, but it was there.

Shedeur's talking is arguably a big reason why he fell. It's not about being grateful or anything like that. You can hire "the right people" but if you're gonna ask them to do it with significantly less talent, eventually they will fail too.


Just relating this to Sanders (not sure why I should; he fell to the 5th round): There's only a handful of well adjusted teams in this league that are conducive to the success of anyone, let alone a QB. Why didn't any of them want him? Because like most teams nowadays, when they reach that point, they'll be bad enough to draft high and get one when they need one, but once you're up there, you must have fukked up royally to be there, so get used to really good QB talent going to a bad situation. The Pat Mahomes journey is idyllic now.
