Shaduer is still taking 5 step drops from shotgun.

He has to tear down and rebuild half of his mechanics for this to even be possible. That usually requires good coaching and development. Where is he going to find that as QB3 on the Browns?

He could've had that in Baltimore but he was saying publically "Dont draft me if you dont want to change the culture." And turning down teams like he game tape wasn't screaming he needs development.
