I work a lot and I still find time to work out for at least 45 mins a day. Even if I have to split it up 20 mins in the morning and 25 mins in the evening.

The average man's body doesn't naturally generate the testosterone required to stay that lean and muscular at 65.
Not saying he's not natural but the average guy that cut at 65 would need a TRT regimen.

I’m 27 and i know dudes my age that have a whole beer belly and need viagra. The epitome ofFolks underestimate the value of plain consistency. You can literally do a few sets of the same 5 compound exercises 4 times a week for the rest of your life. Add in some medium intensity cardio, a sensible diet and you will have a lean strong body well into old age.
The number of men i know who just resign themselves to beer guts and man t*ts by age 35 is abominable.
