1. dude has been working out his whole life

2. looks like he has a lot of free time to work out

Not a good example to highlight bc he’s been fit and stayed fit longer than most of us have been alive

Old head is on point :whew:

But he's supposed to have a vibrant youthful face if he's been active and eating right.

Black men not supposed to look like that in our 60s..... We usually maintain our looks pretty well..... way better than all races of men.

OG's face looks bulletproof

Above the fray.
I mentioned the older guys who get it in on the bars in the recent thread about Shannon Sharpe.

Dudes had a hard time imagining that an elite ex pro athlete with time, money, dedication, and genetics could be naturally diesel at 50+.

In before"bu bu bu but this old timer in the vid is on hgh"

Folks underestimate the value of plain consistency. You can literally do a few sets of the same 5 compound exercises 4 times a week for the rest of your life. Add in some medium intensity cardio, a sensible diet and you will have a lean strong body well into old age.
The number of men i know who just resign themselves to beer guts and man t*ts by age 35 is abominable.

Sorry breh but those are excuses.

I work a lot and I still find time to work out for at least 45 mins a day. Even if I have to split it up 20 mins in the morning and 25 mins in the evening.

Plus he's likely a genetic freak.

The average man's body doesn't naturally generate the testosterone required to stay that lean and muscular at 65.

Not saying he's not natural but the average guy that cut at 65 would need a TRT regimen.

They’re not tho. He didn’t get in shape as a 65 year old and start working out. He’s been in shape his whole life.

He’s a bad example and an unrealistic expectation.

Not saying brehs can’t get fit, but you can’t be willfully ignorant.

Like lying ass dap fishing OP who ain’t even watch the damn video where he says he’s been working out a long ass time and was benching 315+ like it was the thing to do back in the day.

I’m 27 and i know dudes my age that have a whole beer belly and need viagra. The epitome of :flabbynsick:

Drinking hella beers real fast for sport and hitting up BWW every other day for happy hour. To be fair those guys are cac’s they don’t have our superior African DNA but still damn.

Brothers like the one in the op are an inspiration for me. I wanna be fit and active and not flabby and sick when I’m old too which is why I get in at least 30 minutes of some type of resistance training everyday.

Yeah, professional plea coppers.

You nailed it, though. Consistency. People think things are more complicated than they are, and out-think themselves from making better lifestyle decisions.
