I don't see this going to trial- he will plead out if anything. You have to take into account that he was already on 4 yrs probation - add the probation violation and the criminal enterprise charges, he's not looking at a skid bid regardless. RICO charges can encompass any illegal activity- it's a catch all charge to make sure something sticks. Guilt by association.
