I said it before and I also said it about The Hollywood Ending at Revolution, technically this match and Storm/Moné deserve the main event spot but this death riders stuff makes it impossible cause the moment Moxley loses the belt is too important not to close the show and if he retains you can't put the match at the beginning or in the middle cause you're kinda spoiling the fact that the challenger won't win. Also Mox winning deflates the crowd everytime so it would be hell for anyone to follow that.

If Hangman is beating Moxley then that's got to be the main event. Death Riders stuff has been THE program in AEW for what will be nearly a year by the time All In comes around. Moxley losing the title has been something we've been begging for all year. Like look at the jubilant reaction there was all over the place when the Death Riders lost the meaningless ass Trios belts. Now we got the Main Character of AEW and possibly the biggest men's fan favorite in the company winning the title? That's going to be one of the most fan-friendly finishes to an AEW main event in company history. It's a no brainer that has to main event if he is going to win it.
Yeah, unless Toni/Mercedes get some unreal heat, anticipation and even some mainstream attention (not even sure how that could happen tbh), there's no way it's closing. @Dylmatic brings a good point too that Mox retaining kills a crowd, and hell, Hangman winning will also make it hard for the last match to follow (it would be one of those situations that even if the match is fantastic, the first third would be pretty silent no matter what).

I do think giving Toni or Mercedes PPV main event this year should happen though, maybe for a potential rematch? Mercedes does need a rivalry, she's been in the company and still hasn't had a Bailey-like (or Mariah-like in Toni's case) feud that warrants a series of relevant matches.

I understand the points about Mox/Hangman being the main event because if Hangman does win it should probably close out the show. That said, TK is going to want to have a women's match main event a PPV in the near future and there's no pairing hotter than Mercedes/Toni. Their segment closed out 'Dynamite' and saw a massive gain in that slot and the overrun, not including max numbers. It likely did well over a million viewers all said and done.

I thought about them getting a PPV Main event for the rematch too, maybe in a 2 out of 3 falls or 30 minutes iron woman match.

Mox retaining was the main reason people shytted on a lot of the PPVs the past year (along with the length)

Tony Khan would be a tone deaf fuccking idiot to not only have Mox retain but if he does so again in the main event of a PPV when we just saw three men kick off Dynamite who are ALL miles above him right now.

They reconfigured the stage/entrance. Looks like they are going with a big stage now

They will probably sell more tickets each week as we get closer to the show. And they usually have a lot of late movement in the last few days before their PPVs when they will surely move several thousand tickets.

I'd say they'll reach 25k or close to it.

They went back to the smaller stage I see. Wonder if the map with the bigger stage and fewer floor seats just got posted by mistake then?

They must be scaling down something with the production setup because they have opened up production hold seats for Grand Slam Mexico.
