Winner of the women's gauntlet : I'm not sure, depends on who is the champ after All In, Kris or Athena if it's Mercedes, Jamie or Bayne if it's Toni.

Given Jay White's injury history in AEW, not sure I'd want to put him in that spot.

But for the love of God don't make it some MITB style thing where it can be cashed in at any time. If they want it to be dealer's choosing, then make it where it has to be announced in advance so there can be a PPV/special TV build for it.

For the women, how do you spin Bayne back in? Jamie got punked by Thekla and has been MIA since. I also don't see her having that same magic she had 2 years ago.

As for Kris and Athena, they would be great matches, but we've seen those matches and you know Mone can't lose the title 5 minutes after winning it. Can't be pulling that Sasha is a choke artist shyt that WWE did!

But I guess the "making sense" bit is just furthering the feud her and Mercedes already have going on... the only reason I'd bring the TBS into it at all is so the result of the gauntlet doesn't spoil the title match.

If Athena wins a World Title shot and she's already got a feud running with Mercedes, it's going to feel a lot like Mercedes is winning.

Giving her the choice of pivoting to the TBS just keeps the thing up in the air for the night.

Whatever they do here, IMO they've somehow got to transition from the titles feeling equivalent... the TBS is supposed to be the mid-card belt, but ever since Mercedes has been champ it's been on a level if not even higher than the world belt and I feel like they need to do some swapsies to get things right again... I think I see that working better through Athena than Mercedes.

I have been and am usually wrong about everything.

Was hoping they'd do the Women's Casino. They have a very deep roster of women now who deserve to get on the card. Megan Bayne is likely a strong contender in this but there's a lot of different routes they could take.

I do think they should have more than two women's matches on the card. I'd like to see another singles or a tag added

The women really got shortchanged on theirs. That needs to be corrected this time. If the men’s one is going to go 20+ with 10+ participants then the women’s one needs to as well. I don’t want to see another “damn bytch here” Casino Gauntlet match.

I think it's easier to click both of them at 15 minutes. Every entrance is after 1 minute or something. It's not worth two long matches that are basically the same.
