I hate you.

This crossover is so fukking weak, he bare changes direction, and that big dude topples over like a ebony jenga set.

And I know, I know "HE'S 7-1!" But there are plent of big guys with handles, honestly, Thon Maker's game hasn't improved in the last year and a half. If anything, he looks less fluid than he did as a 15-16 year old.
How many big men could pull that move off and finish the play by making the jumper???

"Pull that move off" - breh, watch the clip, there is no "move" ... that's my point. I understand why he's a top recruit, I understand there's potential there, but I have seen him look GARBAGE in a bunch of games against top competition, so his long jumper is not impressing me much.

its hard to believe hes not even 17 yet

:dwillhuh:

Especially hard, considering he's 18. :ohhh:

:snoop: Because he's 7 foot 1

Be a 7 footer and not take advantage of your greatest attribute as a player brehs
The nikka is not even strong...a big 6'1" player can push his azz off the block easily. That man is a slasher

That can be solved easily with strength training. That guy is not no slasher. If he tries to live his basketball life as a perimeter player he will only increase his chances of failing

His best chance of success will be in trying to be a combination of a post player and a guy who can be a matchup problem for his man by going out on the perimeter. He should watch Karl Towns film like a hawk. That would be his best bet

This is the truth.

I've said this before and others have agreed, but he needs to add weight in the worst way. the lack of direction in his game aside from trying to be the next Kevin Durant is kinda sad. he needs to bulk up, learn how to play PF and figure out his role in a structured offense. it's gonna a humbling experience for him in D1 ball, just like the hoop summit I think it was where he was such a nonfactor in a game that actually semi-resembled a real game rather than the no D aau circuit he's used to. Can you imagine him trying his bullshyt cross against defensive teams like Virginia? :heh:

Footwork on the crossover needs work. He ain't getting that off against NBA defenders.

The nikka is 7'1...he needs to get his ass in the fukking paint!! I'm mad as fukk breh. :what:

His brother played better in the Bio Steel All Canadian game. His brother is just as skinny as him and is a few inches shorter and he spent most of his time in the paint, like a big man fukking should.
