Although I can sympathize with women desiring some of the aspects of the dating world of 60 year ago, they do need to realize that they are the reason that current dating environment is what it is.

They wanted to have the option to sleep with whatever man they chose, regardless of how much interest he had in her. They wanted to pick the dude that was out of their league and was only open for a one night stand, instead of going with the guy that would have walked the hot Arabian desert barefooted for her. They are the ones that continue to pay attention only to men who are in great shape, while being overweight themselves. And if all they want is a quick nut with a good looking guy, then they will feast. But when it's time to find a man that is willing to spend the rest of his life with them, they can't find one because there is no incentive for a man to even be on that type of flow.

some of these men are honest and will tell you theyre never gonna buy you flowers. If you are the type of woman thats important to than dont date that guy.

Ive never been on a first date where the man didnt gladly offer to pay. I have offered to leave the tip. and sometimes did.
maybe on a 3rd or 4th date i would invite them out and pay or offer to cook them their favorite.

offer quality and expect quality.
do not accept less.

I agree with the appearance. I see dudes walking in public with half done braids, sagging pants, visible dirty draws, face tattoos. And when I go to the unemployment office the women dress the worse, pajamas, house shoes, night caps on, just crazy how people walk outside looking. Even if I'm just running to the store or post office. I iron my clothes and do my hair or put on a hat or scarf if my hair is not done.

Another is people are so dependent. A lot of dudes when you date them, you become a chauffeur,etc for the guy, his friends and family. Its a turn off for me. I had a friends that had to pick up guys for dates, pick up the guys friends from work, dudes asking their gf to let their friends and family use their computers,babysitting the bf kids, cosigning cars and houses, paying bills, giving away their income tax checks,etc. Its becoming to normal to pay boyfriends bills, I don't agree with doing stuff like that without commitment. You shouldn't do stuff like that for temporary relationships.
