the thing I dont get is that whites move in and drive up the price to weed out blacks, then flip around and complain about the high cost of living. YOU made the cost of living high. They will basically always tail black people for lower costs but then raise it to get us out, then bytch about the high cost, then tail us again, repeat. In south florida nearly every white neighborhood, except trailer parks, is extremely expensive. Its a great way to keep out minorities but then they whine about the price and try to move near blacks and hispanics. Word goes out that such and such area is cheap and next thing you know cacs are flooding in. You cant have your cake and eat it too. Brooklyn used to be cheap compared to manhattan but these cacs are driving up the prices in neighborhoods.

Wealthy Whites are moving to "cultural areas" because they tend to be cheap, and interesting, not to weed Black people out. Black people in these areas tend to be poor, and get weeded out economically. Happens in every major urban area. They've not pushing out by colour, but by economic status, the two make-up an implicit superstructure.
Poor Black people are getting pushed out of ATL and DC by Black people with more money.
This is where you are wrong. It's completely driven by race. 80% to be exact.
