Can't deport the ppl who make these houses fast enough. 
Staff restroom at our job got built so fast and shoddily, they left a measuring cup and an exposed pipe there after the work was supposedly finished. Administration had to call them back to address the open pipe. The Hector they sent to fix it? Took a hammer and pounded it semi-close.
Another group of "hard workers" came around to set up our HVAC system. Told my supervisor they would get it done quickly but it wouldn't work after. Sure enough, system got installed, pipes were added, but the unit didn't work for another two weeks after that. Somebody at the top must've got tired of the oompa loompa's half assery, cuz it wasn't nothing but cacs that came in afterwards.
Now the AC working too damn good. Got the whole building in cryo.
Push black folks out of the construction business and you get what you pay for.
