Pure comedy, it didn't seem to work for Dwight :mjpls:

So, the Sixers are doing it all wrong, but the Lakers will land Exum or Embiid this summer, despite the odds and then get Love, Melo and Durant by 2016, gotcha.

thank god it didn't. I never wanted him to resign. Rather get Melo this summer. With dwight and Kobe on the books that woulda never happened.

and other than Durant, my other projections are perfectly in line with everything we've heard so far. Melo will opt out and has LA, chicago, and Miami on his list. I don't want Love but the reports say he wants to come here in 2015. Durant in 2016 is purely wishful thinking.

we're currently 5th in the lottery and based on our strength of schedule down the stretch (2nd toughest in the league), we have a good chance at the 3-4 spot in the lottery. Historically, the lottery has been won most frequently from that spot.

my projections are actually very likely. the 2015 Lakers roster could realistically be:

(insert someone at PG)
Kobe
Melo
Love
Embiid

Kobe + Melo is already 41 million, Embiid being the probable number 1 pick would have a caphold around $5.5 million.

So, Kevin Love is going to take around $11 million a year to play for the Lakers? breh, if anyone is dealing with video game logic it's you.

Is that right so why did Howard leave???? Let me guess y'all getting Love Paul and Durant breh. This is not the 90s and early 00s nobody gives a Shyt about Lakers. These stars going all over now.

cause he couldn't handle psycho bean and the fact he a p*ssy. and personally I was glad he left. he didn't come off as a guy we could build around post-Kobe. and if we kept him, we wouldn't be able to sign Melo this off-season, Love next, and have a chance at drafting Embiid or Exum.

Like I've said a million times. THANK YOU DWIGHT for not resigning with us.

Melo and Love seem to give a shyt about the Lakers considering they are making it known they wanna come here. Embiid and Exum seem to give a shyt about the Lakers admitting they their favorite team and Kobe their favorite player.

Just accept the reality. We are basketball royalty. And everyone else are paupers.

PG Michael Carter-Williams
SG Andrew Wiggins
SF Thaddeus Young
PF/C Nerlens Noel
PF/C Arnett Moultrie or another Top 2014 Rookie Bigman

Seems fine to me, they will be getting a top pick in 2015 as well, and tons of rookie 2nd rounders to throw against the wall. We will also have a ton of cap room to pick up any free agents that Hinkie chooses.

Stop hating and get off Philly dikk, dood.

Again bro go look at Cleveland and see how many lottery picks are on that roster and see how many games they have won. I don't see Kevin Durant in this draft only legit guy is embiid and he already has back and knee problems. You cant expect a bunch of young lottery picks to gel against seasoned NBA veterans you need some balance on your roster. You need to keep some assets and build yearly not just fire sale everyone and pray you get the next Lebron or Durant. And the funny part about that starting 5 you put together is that they ain't winning more than 25 games next season against NBA talent if it becomes reality.

Can't be done, and don't try to argue. Once Melo arrives (and it's safe to assume he's taking at least 15 million a season) and the draft pick is taken, the Lakers are capped out. That's why paying Kobe 25 million is so galactically stupid.

So you telling us to build through draft when lakers besides the 80s never drafted their superstars. Y'all didn't draft Kobe or Shaquille. Y'all drafted Kareem Rush, Marc Blounts n Shyt.

exactly. i mentioned this earlier. people actually wanna come to LA. no one wants to go to Philly. Hell if I was an NBA free agent, the only cities I'd consider living in are LA, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and Orlando. Warm weather, beaches, hollywood, and in the case of Texas and Florida, no state taxes.

small market teams have to build through the draft. no free agent is coming to philly to play with MCW and Nerlens Noel. :russ:

Philadelphia isn't exactly a small market. And with the Sixers cap room there' s gonna be a lot more than MCW and Noel.

:comeon: Nash and his $9.7 million comes off the book next year stupid. So thats $16 million in cap space for 2015 NOT $11. And Kobe comes off the books in 2016. So thats another potential max player if Kobe retires.

Mitch has already let it slip that the Lakers could decide to not use all their cap space this year and just fill it with one year deals again for make a run at Love in 2015.

What free agent in there right mind is gonna sign with a team full of rookies and sophomores that's getting blown out by 30 points every game. :lolbron:
Maybe you can resign Turner to a max deal or something :russ:

he was a restricted free agent and they had Westbrook, Harden and Ibaka. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that's completely different from a top tier unrestricted free agent signing with the tanking 76ers. Like I said bro the only way free agents are gonna come to Philly cuz of this tanking campaign is if you over pay for players. And if you were to do that than what was the point of letting Turner go.
