New Orleans had Mardi Gra. That is why they got hit hard. No one was paying attention to Coronavirus at the time of Mardi Gras, but all of those people went to work in those restaurants and bars and the city got slammed.
Detroit's hoods are pretty densely populated. I can not speak to Atlanta but I can tell you that these Republican Governors in these Southern States were hardheaded at first until they saw what was happening and they were forced to take action.
New Orleans and Georgia example pretty much shows that it’s more reasons as to just density. Politics!
Other very dense places outside of America in Japan and Tawaiin for example have don’t pretty good.




with almost all of that population only being in LA and Bay Area
