Probably find a mean spot in the east or lake view for less or a condo downtown

Birmingham is no New Orleans but they're doing the same thing here. Downtown they got 800-900k condos and old ass houses going for 4-5-600k for houses that went for 100k maybe 150k at the most a few years ago.

Alabama has those prices!?!? :mindblown:

This country is shyt with housing :scust:

You'd rather the Melph 2.0 or rich people shyt there??
In no sane universe would poor people be allowed prime real estate to continue fukking it up further.

no one’s saying bring back the jects but why would you gut and build out a 7k a month house in an area that is not that, why would you feel comfortable bringing 7k to a lower income area displacing the essence of New Orleans

Did y’all click the listing in the tweet ? The rooms don’t even have windows ..1 has a small window

For $7k in n.o it better be a penthouse 30 floors up bi-level with floor to ceiling windows and sweeping views

that was the point, 7k need to have me looking down on the super dome, not the trenches of uptown, and that’s any city period

And @Vae Victis benton damn near creeping into Arkansas, you in no man’s land, to retire sure, not while I’m still in my prime, but it’s not the same Louisiana, north and south Louisiana is just different bruh, you close to Shreveport but it’s nothing to lose your mind over, you probably have to go to Dallas to fly out of there or if you want to catch some different shyt

Cruisin’
4 months, and that’s the east coast too
I was about to say, that’s basically the Eastcoast including the northeast. I wouldn’t pay 7k a month to live anywhere out here on the Eastcoast neither. Humid, bugs, and then cold as hell and miserable in the winter. I couldn’t imagine NO being any worse. :hubie:

If that's the shytty part of town someone just being petty and making sure they drive out anyone who can't afford that massive property tax increase.
