i guess for all the internal issues, on the outside though I'm blessed. I have no grey hairs and my hairline is still intact. Alot of dudes in my age range aren't so lucky. Further reinforced by the 10 year challenge posts that people put up on my FB and IG lol.

I’m pretty good. Just my hairline and thinning hair.

Sleep quality has declined but it’s always been bad since I was 15.

Also, the breh who mentioned the fear of dying was so right. Every day, I be thinking about the fact that one day I'll be "dead" as we perceive it. I be calculating how many years I have left, depending on how well I plan on taking care of myself.
I started doing this now too. Crazy to think if I’m lucky I’ve lived at least 1/3 of my life already.

my back is going first. And I've never had a crazy injury or anything, it's just you don't realize how much of your back muscles you use until you start waking up with a tight back for no reason in your 30's. Or you bend down to tie your shoe and on the way up its all of a sudden tough to do. lol

and overall recovery from shyt like drinking, working out, illness, etc...

Chopped all my hair off when I started seeing my shyt thin out. I didn’t give it a chance lol. Grey hair coming in.. I felt :flabbynsick: coming on hard and I made lifestyle changes so I could get back right. I’m not in tip top shape but I’m not as bad off at I was in 2016

My knee. But I had a serious injury mid 20s so I’m not sure if that truly counts.

My metabolism fell off of a fukking cliff. I thank God every day my hairline is still perfect at 32 though. And I look like I’m 21 still if I shave.
