But the penultimate season finale was pretty good.

The parasite that was controlling the Federation through Remmick was surprisingly terrifying and met a pretty bloody end for a prime time TV show in the late 80s

Season 1 and 2 aren't great it's gems but inconsistent. It's worth it though because once you make it to season 3 show is fire.
