wanting currency not to drop 10 projects a year isnt disresepct, I like him, I got his staik album signed in concert, its just too much at this point
I never heard a mf go to a buffet and tell the restaurant chefs to stop making more food. They just stop eating, or wait till their food has digested and go back for more......

When you got money and passion for feeding the fans you can drop like Spitta....

Fukk is all the whining about every time Spitta drop more shyt, if it's too much for your already overstimulated brains don't press play or come into these threads saying the SAME shyt.

Stay bytching about this man's work ethic like it's a bad thing, you go apply the same principles to whatever it is you do and you might see some success too....

:hhh::scust::what::childplease:

"Fukkisunikkazdoin???"

Yeah I don't get the beef with rappers dropping rapidly. You don't have to move on to the next shyt yet it's just ready when you are

This right here.

It's like the homie @KFBF said. I'm a day one Spitta fan, but bro ain't dropping classic sh*t weekly. So the move to drop music crazily like this, but most of it is just okay, doesn't do sh*t. Artists are scared to take their time today because they don’t want to be called "irrelevant". But the answer for that, is to just drop impactful sh*t. Dropping mad average projects every 15 minutes doesn't do a thing for your legacy. These joints just come and go.

Take your time and cook actual classics and that would make a difference.

It's gotten out of hand.

We gassed too many rappers up with thinking that if they drop constantly, that made them better artists. But what's happening is, dudes are dropping projects so fast that we can't even sit and actually let them marinate before another one is out. This quantity over quality sh*t is played out. Take your time and actually try to cook a classic. All these disposable projects every two weeks are wild forgettable.
I agree, glad Nas dropped his albums non stop for a while and I go back and listen to a few but some I wish he let just sit and marinate like you said and I am glad he took A GOOD amount of time off now to get that Premo album out so I can see what heads are saying on Spitta dropping all the time (Although I like a few songs from each album no doubt and I am a fan) it's non stop and you lose track of the others. That is the good thing about dropping every few years in which heads used to do, let it sit and marinate and play it over time and some became classics......

I will listen to Spittas new shyt when it comes out like I did the rest but a few he dropped I find myself not going back to and he keeps releasing more and more, only a few to me have some replay value over time.

Breh its sneak dissing.....you look at the GOAT threads in the booth and cats hold on so tightly for artists who have a maximum of 2 hours of recorded vocals :francis:

or artists that fell the fukk off the earth after one or one and half projects.

spitta has never dropped a wack project to date.

his output and ethic should be celebrated.

us fans is eating.

the longevity is unmatched.

the fukk kinda legacy you got?

This ain't a move... This just Spitta back in his mode. If you a day one fan you remember his mixtape run in '08 for 8 months.... then Andretti 9/30 to 12/30 in '16... His legacy goes way beyond his music tho, but that's another story which again if you a day one you would understand these things.... I hope he drop a 10/20 to set you straight.....

My legacy is good, bro.

Like I said, quantity over quality ain't moving the needle for Spitta, or any other rapper dropping new sh*t every 15 minutes. Real fans tell the truth. We want dude to take his time so he can create sh*t that's gonna last longer than a couple weeks. Like his early sh*t, when he was sitting and actually focused on making classics. The microwave sh*t ain't birthing new classic material. Like someone else said in the thread, these projects are just okay. They'll be forgotten soon. That's what people are saying in here because that's what's happening.

Now, if that makes you mad, ignore it.

terrible analogy, currency needs to take time and actually create a great product like he wasn 5-10 years ago. This shyt isnt good Jesus how many times can we hear him rap the same verse with almost no song structure?

For the life of me, I love spitting but he making background music at this point. I mean it sounds good and all, but nothing meant to stand out.

And how can nikkas go to his concerts? I gotta imagine he plays nothing but songs you hear for the first time. I was rocking with him way heavy but like, its take it or leave it now.
