I thought it was an average PLE from them. Cena losing probably took the biggest air out from people online which is the where the vitrol comes from. And your shyt always gonna funny going up against an AEW PPV (which even at an okay pace for them is still better cause theres more wrestling)

Iyo/Steph was very good and the mixed tag was fun. Im seeing a lot of extreme reactions to that match online but I think besides them doing the WWE thing of going long for the hot tag (didnt need to be 30 mins when people are already agitated about Punk/Seth) it was good.

They probably had a chance to do something interesting putting it on Drew especially with Cody filming Street Fighter but I guess hes gonna do the work both at the same time.

This was a decent PLE

I missed most of Cena/Brock because of issues accessing the PLE. Getting squashed like that was probably Cena’s idea. Crown Jewel and Survivor Series will have Brock and Cena involved in some way.

I’m glad the Vision finally got a win. Jey USO getting busted open after the recoil to the chair shot was brutal. He looked like he was out on his feet for a minute. Good to hear the OG USO Penitentiary Song again. Someone is going to have sit Bron down and tell him to slow down and stop being reckless with his body. Legit thought he cracked his knee after the Frankensteiner botch.

Watching Iyo Sky wrestle after having to get through two AEW women’s matches earlier was the ultimate palette cleanser. She is truly the best in the world. Surprised Stephanie won, but it seems like they are investing heavily into her anyways.

The mixed tag match was a throwback to 80’s WWF. Glad that Seth was finally acting like a heel and getting heat for it. Must have gotten some tips from Becky. This was pretty long and the stalling in the beginning could have been cut short, but this was entertaining. Punk needed this dub over Seth bad. Want to see AJ mix it up with Becky some more. I was sports entertained.

The main event was ok. Wish Drew went over, but there was no chance of that after Crown Jewel champions match was announced. Is it me or did Cody look a tad heavier than normal. Crowd got to go home happy and that was that.

I had some buffering issues with the stream which was annoying and would have been infuriating if I had to pay 29.99 a month to see this. Picture looked good once the buffering stopped.
