It is worth it. We say we are the talented tenth and we need to assert ourselves. A sitdown with them is useless unless you sit down everyday wit them. We need to gt out and patrol and change our communities because talk is cheap. We all agree with that the children in chicago did not ask to be born there and therefore if america will not provide them a fighting change at economic mobility we will.
I for one am tired of this bullshyt. I have started working in Mobile to combat this and i will glive my life to see my community better than what it was before i existed.

People are denying how bad it is by saying it's this way in every city. It's called relativity. It's no different than someone getting a D and then feeling better when 5 people in his class get F's.
My reasons for taking interest is I hate bullshyt, and violence. My plans are to avoid people like the ones shooting each other because "it's hot outside". And yeah. Thinking that killing people is wrong makes me a troll.

There have been posts about other cities. One thing though, I never cared about chi is how they segregate (whether delieberate or not) blacks off to the rest of the good economic development. I don't care much for the midwest in general because the racism is strong as fukk and people try to front like it ain't and say other regions are worse. I recall my fam telling me even how the so called white "liberal democrats" or "lakefront liberals" were giving Harold Washington a bad time back in the day in Chi. And after Da Mare's son took back over and then the Jew, I don't see any top black political leadership occuring anytime soon there. But even with the other cities like y'all stated that is bad have black political leadership through and through and shyt is bad. shyt's all fukked up.

They didn't even want to properly respect the orginal founder of Chi who was half hatian. I understand having some pride in were you're from but when people (mostly white bigots) constantly shyt on you and yours I'm not claiming any love for that city or any city. And these are peoples lives being ended have some respect, shyt's a serious issue. This shyt isn't natrual what goes on in these cities in this so called "developed country". Developed nations isn't supposed to be having these types of issues regardless if the population is heterogeneous. shyt I think Windsor, CA had like 0 murders a few years running when I looked at/ran crimestats for a professor.

I can't co-sign, minimize, and deflect this bs though it's 2012 not the 70s through early 90s, this shyt ain't a good look at all.

Chicago charges $900 for a 1 - 2 bedroom in the hood.In Indiana you could go to the BEST neighborhoods for a 1 bedroom and pay $900.You could go to a bad neighborhood in Indiana and get a 4 - 5 bedroom for $500.

Indiana is literally 15 - 20 minutes from the worst parts of Chicago.They live their cause they want to.
