Depends on the vaccine obviously. The H1n1 vaccine killed more people than h1n1(birdflu).

in short answer, nope.. vaccination has saved literally billions of lives by immunizing people from infectious diseases..you dying from a vaccine is sooo rare that your more likely to die from driving your car, walking in the forest, flying on an airplane..don't forget about small pox and rinderpest being erradicated and many diseases such as polio on the verge of being eradicated but you still have some polio epidemics sprouting up in africa because of the islamist who believe vaccine sterilizes people ..
..but yo think about diseases that don't have vaccines such as malaria and look how many of our black brothers die from that diseasefinally nail to the coffin
