You were talking bout "You did not win." I'm over here processing terminations all day. There's nothing you can do about time fraud. They hawk over payroll. This is one of those things where you just have to wash your hands. All this talk about not snitching and having respect sounds good on thecoli, but sounds dumb as hell when you got terminated with him. Fukk him. It's going to come up. It's best to wash your hands and get that away from you.

Like I said, this isn't going to go over well on thecoli, but the coli aint hiring. Like I said fukk him.

Homeboy was a consistent line stepper who took advantage of the team's kindness..Something happens to him outside of work while he was supposed to be at work, then what?

If push came to shove, this nikka would have thrown op under the bus because he only gives a fukk about himself..as shown by his actions..

At some point, if the work isn't getting done, someone is gonna have to explain something and point a finger at somebody..

Best to just play dumb, the amount of work dude did or didn't do, had no effect on op paycheck. Breh just put a target on his own back.

Time fraud is no joke. And all I know is that if it comes up because someone had to go digging, the first questions they start asking are "Who all knew about this, when did they know, and how come no one said anything?"

Breh probably could've slid, but when you're making extra work for everybody around you, AND flexing how much PTO you've got? Can't expect people to let it slide forever. If anything, the biggest issue is now at least some decision maker is going to get the idea that that location can't be unsupervised.

Yep, I did get gratification, for the reasons listed above, the other co-workers complain about it. We won't get any new hires unless dude leaves, so his early departure will get someone else more deserving to fill the role, and no he isn't black.

How I see it is that you did what you felt was necessary. You said he isn't Black, so I am curious in knowing what your supervisor & HR is going to do with him??

You certainly shouldn't be doing his work, but my concern is that you shouldn't be the only one going after your coworker.

That's the thing about the workforce. People like to talk shyt about people who fukk up at work, but don't wanna step up and report said person when necessary. So, all of this can backfire on you, should the coworker keeps his job. You end up with a jacket of being a whistle blower/taddle teller and the coworker gets away with his poor work ethic.

Just be careful and make sure you got your shyt together because supervision, HR and your other coworkers will have eyes on you.

It sounds like people are assuming that the other people at his job were fine with it and are more concerned about standing on a “code” than all the extra work. But somebody at the office messing with the time sheets is going to put a bulls eye on that office whether it got reported or not. Higher ups aren’t going to say “time fraud”, they are going to say “stealing money”. And it’s better that they that that person is stealing money rather than people at that office is stealing money.

The OP was a pushover from the beginning. the first time dude left early with his share of the work undone and we had to cover for him would’ve been the last time. his share just wouldn’t have gotten done from that point on until he had to account for himself to corporate.

I’m not gonna continuously do more than my share and then run and tell after I get fed up.

If the work load was not affecting him then yes ignore it. But since it is you cant let people take advantage of you since they want to be lazy. People will continue to be lazy and put off work on others because they feel there is a "no snitching" policy at work.
