yea, I usually stay away from mtv jams for weeks after they do these throwback weekends.

when you realize how songs that were like c-list would be like the hottest chit right now, its hard to turn around and play limbo on Monday. its like, even if you weren't around back then, you can just watch an hour of this and realize that the culture has been mutilated. both hip-hop and r&b.

and then they show these hip-hop abs commercials to make matters even worst. the f*ck is this chit?
