Y'all stay on these topics yet don't none of y'all be in the gym. The sub forum or an actual gym. This isn't a hard workout and if you go to an actual martial arts school/class this is beginning conditioning drills.

This is how we started damn near every Krav Maga class.Did it for 6 months and the endurance you build is amazing,lost it in the two months following after I got injured,can't do burpees without knee pain now.

Well now yeah, with ease considering that Coleman can barely walk these days. However, there is a certain point where the size and strength difference can mean everything as far as grappling goes. Its not like Manny is an ADCC champ breh, hes a boxer, dudes half Ronnies size who are strong would manhandle him if they were able to grab him lol
