she was wrong

This is why context is important. The first video was skewed against the officer.

That said, I don't like to view things in black and white. The lady actually never said that she wouldn't sign the ticket, she was simply stalling and asking him for his badge number.

That said, she gave the officer a whole lot of attitude from the jump. But I can also somewhat understand, because the officer admitted they were out of towners and probably wouldn't have known the rules and regulations of the park. He should have given them a warning and let them be on their way, and she shouldn't have been giving him an attitude.

All that being said, if I was in an authoritative position, I would not have been roughing up the sister like that. But that's a personal choice. The officer was in his rights to arrest her because she would not obey a lawful order.

The responses in this thread would be a 180 if it was a black man instead of woman.

Being in the park after dark. Oh my get these criminals off the streets :troll:
They impose that rule as a blanket for everyone because of homeless encampments, and homeless fckery after dark. Arguably that park was only an appealing, safe, and clean place because such an ordinance is enforced.

And They cant selectively enforce the ordinance between normal people and homeless people because of civil rights and general optics. Also, giving individual officers the leeway to grant reprieves or warnings will undoubtedly lead to white people getting most of such warnings, as we see in the greater justice system.

It's time for her man to leave her. She's going to walk him right into his final destination.

You sign to acknowledge you got the ticket. Go fight it in court. The case won't be decided in the street.

Yeah, her attitude bothered them so they got off on how the cop handled the situation. So many videos, I see annoying suspects rough handled by cops and in the replies are "they deserved it", "should have complied", etc., Americans almost deserve to be treated the way they are.

Wait, you wouldn't throw her to the ground due to a misunderstanding of what the ticket implied?:ohhh: You don't have the temperament for law enforcement. :scust:

I was about to say the cop was wildin until I saw the whole video, and I must say....she brought it on herself. She was out the gate disrespectful, probably because he was a black man... :mjpls:He warned her nicely and she kept on, he flipped the script, and all of a sudden she's all submissive and respectful...calling him Mr.Brookes all softly. :mjlol: But it was too late, the jezebel tried that disrespectful, strong, black, matriarchal woman bs and ended up in cuffs for nothing...coppin pleas:francis:

Aye man I just got a ticket out here not to long ago. All these shyts are misdemeanors, meaning you can get arrested if you don't sign the ticket. You're basically signing your bail on the spot. If you refuse they can arrest you. shyt different out here.
