:why: :gucci::comeon:

Oh yea I know shorty was frustrated and scared as fukk.

But the bystander should've calmed her down and told her to relax and just comply.

Yes it's a bullshyt citation but it ain't no bargaining and all that negotiation shyt when they get them cuffs out

No the cop was wrong.
Anyone who disagrees is a p*ssy!

Fine she refused to sign, but after she said okay she'll sign
What was the need to take his taser out? There was no need, she was CLEARLY not a threat.
Why did he put his leg behind her and throw her to the ground? She was clearly not a threat!

Anyhow, my opinion is the cop could have handled it better.
I don't think this job is for him, this was excessive force.
1. He was p*ssy for the citation..tell her to leave
No they broke the law and he told them to sign and or else they go to jail.

Some of y’all need to really fix y’all mindset. This could have been all avoided if the girl had made such a simple decision right away

2.once he told her she was under arrest there is no debating...put the damn cuffs on and leave it up to the judge because at that point you're resisting arrest.

All the "I didn't deserve it" shyt don't matter when the cuffs come out unfortunately.

For a split second he was about to let her off to sign it.
It could’ve ended there. Is there penalty for him if he proceeded to let her sign after initially resisting?

Plus I don’t agree with the force he used on her, regardless of her attitude.
Usually once an officer puts their hands on a person they must arrest them. I know a cop who handcuffed a guy for disturbing the peace, felt sorry for him and let him go, six months later the guy claimed he had whip lash and received a $20,000 settlement from the city of Detroit. The cop had to go jump through hoops for a few weeks to clear his name.

Cop was doing a bit much for a park violation. The couple weren’t doing anything and he was looking to escalate.

She didn’t help by resisting but the cop was being a dikk. A ticket vs a citation or stern warning? I can’t rock with that.

Yup I agree
Cop escalated the situation for some bullshyt. He could've just told them to leave. Why bring up paperwork for something so petty
Exactly. Bruh was running identifications. Wtf.

She even said she would sign when the cuffs came out. Cop took it there over nothing.

Dude is a.c00n for that citation though..like really dude you can't just tell her to get the fukk out?

I fully agree with the bold. However, when shyt don't go your way, you fall on the ground and start kicking your legs crying?

Of course you dummies didn’t read in typical coli fashion
Two murders occurred in two separate parks at night
Copbreh was just doing the job the city set forth in safety for residents
He was polite and did everything she asked but she couldn’t return the same to breh
He even told the breh she was with what would happen but she wanted to be hard headed
This ain’t a case of brutality
This is a case of a muthafukka not wanting to listen
Sign the citation
Fight it in court and if you still feel you were done an injustice
Fight it further
Not all these cases are equal and you numb nuts jumping out the window for this bird proves how far objectivity has fallen in this society
I don’t care. Unless detectives are doing the beat cop work too. The cop escalated and was looking to arrest not to clear the park.

She didn’t help the situation but the cop has to know how to handle even women who don’t think their shyt stinks

My rule is, if it's a non violent crime, nobody was hurt or being hurt, and you choose to use violence/hurt someone to police it. It's police brutality.
Escalation and descalation is they duty of the officer, not the civilian.
Civilians don't have training in law enforcement they can't be expected to know how to properly handle these situations.

And a logical being can act however they want, this cop should enforce law but with a bit of discretion, which should lead to him properly explaining the situation to her as opposed to escalating it. I have a big problem with his approach because I have seen similar approaches lead to shootings with either suspect or cop dead, when all the cop had to do was explain that it wasn't an admission of guilt, but hey, if they lean towards declining you can get upset and attempt an arrest, I'm sure that will go over with the already combative person that doesn't know why they are being arrested.

Insane, the excuses you make for cops to escalate the situation. In reality, you, the spectator, has problem with the attitude with the suspect, so you decide to live through the ridiculous route this cop took to handling the situation, even though there was a clear chance for de-escalation.
Yep. The cop wasn’t explaining shyt or even being reasonable. That’s why she was so confused. Like even if I ask you 10 times what’s the crime here befitting of a damn ticket.

She should have however complied with the arrest. Even if he had planned to DETAIN her then allow her to sign the ticket we will never know. 🤦🏾‍♂️

She had said she would sign when the cuffs came out. This is fukked up

It’s not like they did anything besides being in the park and it’s the parking lot so it’s near the entrance usually so he could have told them to move along. Instead he’s running IDs and shyt. For what?!
