There have been murders at the parks out there which is why no one is allowed after a certain time at any park. They will issue people a citation.

The citation is not an admittance of guilt. You just show up to court or pay the fine (most likely can be done online). If you don’t sign, they have to arrest you.

Since they were not from ATL I personally would’ve just gave them a warning and escorted them off the park property. But old girl was quick to give an attitude, went for the badge number and etc, instigated the situation.
