the concept of a magnanimous relationship is something handed to you by society. many times people get into relationships and monogamy is implied or assumed. in reality though monogamy is just as much a selfish construct is cheating is. monogamy is someone wanting to posses you and take away your freedom. it is vain and selfish and egotistical. my girlfriend my boyfriend see how they're possessive. in reality nobody possesses anybody. cheating is selfish on your part but them holding you to monogamy is selfish on their part.
