This is something that bothers the hell out of me when it comes to Rocky. The live snippets are always SO HARD. then the recorded versions lack energy.
Peep the snippet at 0:22 "screaming OFF WIT nikkaS HEADS, HUH!!!" That's the kinda shyt that makes me LOVE Rocky. Rocky's voice goes dumb hard and he has a talent for finesse.
The studio version doesn't have the "huh!" part. Instead it got replaced with some sound effect that kills the energy. To make matters worse, Rocky starts off the studio version with the right energy and immediately goes into dull mode as the track progresses. Makes no sense. You're supposed to get more energetic or keep the high energy level, not go less.
same thing happened to Thuggin Noise and Jodye.
Hearing songs live before you hear the real thing kinda fukks with u regardless, ipretty much try and avoid it at this point
I don't like his delivery on this, too much switch ups, even the songs with dope beats (Jukebox Joint) kind of unlistenable because of the way he rides them. Overall It's not a good album to me, definitely his worse project so far.

One gripe I have with the project is that each song has no clear subject, purpose, or meaning. I can't tell you what any of the songs are actually about, because he's really saying a whole lot of nothing, with no cohesion to that nothing. One line he's talking about imported clothing (for the thousandth time) and the next he's talking about shooting someone (for the thousandth time), everything is just a freestyle. I mean I'm not bout to look to ASAP Rocky for actual substance any time soon, but he could at least clue me in as to what the fukk he's talking about 
The production on the songs are beautiful and his flow is still virgin tight, but all in all the project feels heartless with no unifying theme. I guess the same could be said for both of his previous projects but if he's not gonna progress artistically I don't see how anyone could really get into his music like that
