I still can't get over how terrible Kanye was on jukebox joints..

That verse was traumatizingly trashhhhhhh

Kanye really fell the fukk off. Jesus

Is dude even trying anymore?

No way anyone who's a Kanye Stan can talk about Rockys lyrics being "basic" and "shallow" when Kanyes been shallow for a minute ow

I really think he must've been bent while recording.

I don't get the hate for the Ye verse.

Ye's always been a trash rapper. He's delivered verses in this drunkenly-dumb style before and people said, "yo that was fire!" and I'm standing back going: "are y'all kidding me right now?"

yeah but c'mon now. That jukbox joint verse was barely comprehendible. And I'm a Ye fan. Song would have been so much better had they left off his verse.

I disagree. I think it was the highlight of that bum ass track. Everything's so bland and in comes this horrendous Ye verse...

"Your man on stage dressed like a family member!" :russ: :pachaha:

Real talk, now that we're on the subject, that might be one of the highlights of the whole album :dead:

About to wrap up the 2nd listen. This is a really good album. There's a lull between Wavybone and Everyday. Those 4 tracks could get cut. Holy Ghost, Canal St, LSD, Excuse Me, Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye and Wavybone are the standouts.

I haven't listened to any of Rocky's other projects all the way through before but I'll do that over the next few days. I saw him open for Rihanna when Problems was blowing up, he put on a good show.

A surprisingly great album. I know Rocky has talent, and a great ear for beats, but I didn't expect this from him. I wasn't a huge fan of his first album. Thought it had some great songs and a whole lot of "meh."

But this :wow:

Favorites are: "Excuse Me," "Fine Whine," "LPFJ2," "Electric Body," "Max B," "Wavybone," "M$" and "Back Home."
EDIT: Actually I gotta include "Canal Street." Damn, the whole album just knocks.

I see what he was trying to do on the "Max B" hook -- but that could have been better used on a track all its own. I was really feeling the bumping beat on it, then the hook is a vibe-killer :why:
