You'll be fine there too. Outside of the Vatican, I thought Rome is a bit overrated imo. Don't be afraid to cut the number of days you're there and explore the rest of Italy. Florence, Sienna, Cinque Terra, Venice, Almafi Coast>>>

On the train to Florence now. Soccer game in Rome tomorrow and then a day trip to pompei, positano and Amalfi on Monday.
