Businesses are seeing without their employees you ain't shyt. There needs to be some kind of universal profit sharing model to pay your workers there fair share. 5k a day in revenue times that by 7 days is 1.8 mill annually revenue. After taxes that 1.3 mill, let's say they spent 300k on food and rent. 1 mill profit right there even if you have 9 full time employees you can pay them all $27 an hour and still make over 500k in profits.
Unlike the many Socialist wannabe idiots on this board screaming
“fukk owners and landlords!”, this is actually a great post that I agree with.
you are speaking as if this is not already the reality.
and btw, could you live off of 18-20 an hour?
what would your quality of life look like? and why do
you think that anyone who puts in an honest days
work at what you call a "low skill job" should have that quality of life.
your positions on social issues are devoid of empathy and humanity.
if we can't start off on the premise that everyone in the U.S. can and
should be lifted out of poverty via social programs, then we simply
have nothing further to discuss.
good day, sir.
Bro… Yes, everyone should be able to provide for themselves at a bare minimum. BUT everyone is not going to be able to purchase a new Tesla and buy a luxury condo. A lot of this bullshyt is based on jealousy and envy. Clowns working at Subway, yet expecting/demanding to live the lifestyle of a professional. It’s blatant entitlement.
No…you make mediocre sandwiches for a living, so you will be in a basic ass apartment and driving a Corolla (if you’re lucky). Yes, I 100% agree that livable wages should be provided to everyone, and I think that they should be increased to a certain extent. You’ll have the basic necessities covered (as you should), but you will not have what you see that medical professional has. That’s just how it is, and that’s how it’ll remain.
