A Dash Cam for your car should be a non-negotiable

If you don't have one, go and get one now! You may hardly ever need it, but when you do need one, it can save your life.

I bought mine 5 years ago and it has only come in handy a few times, but if I didn't have them I'd be shiit out of luck.
It can save you with police encounters, accidents and just a number of other crazy shiit.
Just tonight I almost had a car back into me in the parking lot.

If you do get one, get a 2 channel one that covers the front and your rear. Also make sure you hardwire it to your car's electrical system. That enables parked mode and can capture events when your car is off.
I recommend getting a Viofo. They can be pricy, but it is worth the investment.
