The first and third were moon shots. :wow:

He's been the most remarkable story of the season but the media refuses to talk about him. NOBODY could have predicted this kind of year for A-Rod.
I could have.

Listen, A-Rod's talent is GOD tier. You could tell even from his early days in Seattle that if he was healthy he could break the HR record with ease. This goes beyond Steroids, his power, speed, defense at SS in his prime and everything else combined is RARE. Top 3 talent I've ever seen in Beisbol.

He is about to go for 40 and there is NOTHING they can do but either watch in amazement or walk him Barry Bonds style :banderas:

rest and motivation, I know inside A-Rod is on a personal mission to shut everyone up.

You think a team, say 10 years from now once he's retired for quite a few years, would hire him as a skipper? He's NEVER been accussed of being a bad teammate, his baseball smarts is damn near unmatched, and the dude lives baseball.

Nah, actually many consider him a diva lol. I think Joe Torre mentioned that in a book and it wasn't the first time that it was talked about.

I think he could be hired on as a hitting coach though, struck out too many times for my liking, but still has a career average near 300 and going to close in on that all-time HR mark also.

As a mets fan I hate the Yankees but always loved A-Rod. If you followed him in the off season you shouldn't be surprised by what's going on. He talked about how this was the first time in like 25 years he had a season off. It's paying huge dividends. It's the first time he let his body rest and recover. He's an all time great and baseball is his God. He takes the shyt serious. With everybody against him I knew he'd come back strong. I didn't think he'd hit 40 homers but I wouldn't be surprised if he did. He's fukkin A-Rod. I did expect 30-90. Batting around 285
