That's all software which can/is being implemented in your phone. If they are hacking your camera and Mic they can make it do all the same stuff kinect does. And yes your cell phone, this website, eBay, amazon, and anything else you do online is collecting marketing information for you. Microsoft has explicitly said it won't even transmit any information without your expressed permission.


Again Internet and cell phones are not manditory. And ANYTHING with a camera/mic and an Internet connection can be used in the same way. I'm looking forward to seeing you in all the android threads speaking out against the crimes against your privacy

Please make up your minds and stop flip flopping to prove a point. Another worthless argument that if a game comes on Pc too, so what? Its a console exclusive. That is a weakass argument.
