2nd season, they should merge the 2nd and third novella together, make an eight episode season = 2027
Hotd final season = 2028

We know Sea Snake animated is coming, and Dornish landing is waiting for one of these live series to end.

They prob pushing back due to not having enough material for a third season and the author proving to be difficult once the show runner goes on a different path than his work. My 2cents finish the main book Fatboy.

While not spoiling anything I already said they need to combine novella two and three into one season. After that, no, there is no more direct material but we know the ending because it was spoiled already in the original show, just like House of Dragon was spoiled already in the original show.
