i was married at the time....already had one before i got married....and my wife at the time had one too...then we had one together....3 was more than enough....

procedure took about an hour i think....i was awake the whole time talking to the doc....they numbed me up...couldnt feel a thing....

Overall it was okay. The lidocaine shots were fine. The isolation of the vas and cauterizing of one of my lumens was painful, even after extra lidocaine. I did a lot of deep breathing and chatting with the urologist to help calm me.

The whole ordeal took 45 minutes, mostly because of my unique anatomy on one side, I was expecting 30 minutes at the most. I’d do it again, but bring a jockstrap.

Everything still works fine, but I’m not getting frisky until late next week. I was reading the first nut might be rough.
