Seeing a scrawny pathetic fukk makes me want to yell at them for not lifting

I remember when I was younger and I was trying to lift one of those 5 gallons water jugs. This old man was watching me and after seeing me struggle for 5 minutes he walked over and picked it up with ease. He had to be in his late 50s early 60s. Afterwards he proceeded to lecture me. Been lifting since that day.
