My suggestions are simple

1. Fix my nikka AV pwd authentication issue
2. Bring back the front page
3. More Booth and site involvement when showcasing the artists and producers here. (More tournaments, contests, Tunnel threads stickied in the booth, banners, etc....)

That wouldn't make a difference, as the new section could still be seen by the rest of the internet. It does not matter if new members have to post in their own section, or allowed to post in the rest of the site off the jump, it all still comes down to mods and admins having to regulate the threads and users.

If he really plan to add more staff, you should be able to open registration with full forum access, without a problem, as long as the staff about their job.

Some of y'all need to understand that this place isn't important enough to get swarmed like that.

Forums with closed registration stagnate and die

During the George Floyd murders, protests, and trial, there was an average of 300-400 non-members lurking on every stickied BLM-related thread. During the Trump era presidency, there was a 1K plus thread with an average of 100-200 lurkers, depending on what was going on. Please do not underestimate the power of a centralized forum designed for black people.

Hope @Brooklynzson is doing well and overcomes whatever personal trials and tribulations he's going/gone through. I'll also cosign @Morethan1 and say I also received an email reply from Brook yesterday about some concerns I had with the media gallery not loading gifs properly. He did say he's gonna be updating the forum software in the next month or so and that should fix it.

I was gonna say the same thing. Leave registration open but only on an invite system.

Verified members can invite maybe 2-3 different people. That way the forum grows organically from the people who understand it.
