These civil servants think what they are doing is just fine, it's like a competition to rob the country blind. DEATH by firing squad should be put for those who are found guilty of stealing public funds. Don't they see the poor roads, poor public everything when they look outside, the judiciary in all African countries is a joke, we must make these people fear stealing, so that they can't even act on behalf of a politician like they always do.
