A nikka I grew up with just died…..

So last night he was at the gym working out, and he had a heart attack and died…same age as me, 35

They called his mom and told her the news, she had a heart attack and died

We weren’t best friends, hell can’t even say friends; but we went to school all of our years together, grew up in the same neighborhood…can’t wrap my mind around this one

A lot of people have heart conditions they aren't aware of. When LeBrons son went to the hospital I suspected he had a congenital heart defect and the latest news confirmed it.

Damn, R.I.P. To both of them. Such a horrible tragedy. I heard that heart disease can often times be genetic which sounds like the case with your friend.

My best friend died 2 years ago of an enlarged heart. He was also 35. Dude had just gotten married, bought a house and impregnated his wife, and she found him in bed, dead.

Not that I could tell. He gained a few pounds that year, but that’s it. He might have had issues but just didn’t tell anyone

A girl I knew in high school, passed away suddenly from a heart condition a year or two after we had graduated a long time ago. Wasn't fat or nothin either. Left behind a child too

My father had heart issues that helped do him in. Sometimes when I over-exert myself I often feel pretty bad heart-wise. I often wonder if doctor's just haven't found something that is present that he had.

I had a couple guys from high school die in their 20's due to heart issues. One was kinda over weight, and short. But nothing where you'd think he would suddenly die.

Other dude was relatively fit, just had a congenital heart issue that (as far as I know, or could tell) never showed any outward signs. It just killed him.
