A lady here was shot and killed by a sniper at her daughter's birthday party at the zoo. State police notified her mom in Detroit and she died right there. fukked up thing is her ex or soon to ex husband was a suspect, but they didn't have any evidence. He was also a cop, and a SWAT trainer with sniper training. Either he knew how to cover his tracks, or that blue wall did him a solid.

Rest in peace to both mother and son. And prayers and healing energy up to those they leave behind. Bad enough to bury one loved one, but two at once is cruel and unfair on a whole other level. I cant fathom the pain they must be feeling right now.

My mom said his mom had heart issues, so I could have been hereditary
My great grandma and great great auntie died on back to back days..we had their funerals together…it wasn’t that bad because it wasn’t really tragic, they were both old and sick…or maybe by that time I was sensitized by death, from my uncles murder

But yeah, i feel what u saying. Its always hard losing those we love but death is always going to be part of the cycle, and when the time comes to say goodbye to those i have left that i love, i will take solace if it
means the end of their suffering. And i hope they can do so with me. I believe we will be together again on the other side anyway. Literally as one. So it isnt so much "goodbye", as "see u later".

Correction: it was her daughter's, it was a friend of her daughter. They were going through the divorce, but still lived together. They were all there at the zoo, but he left to take their other daughter to another birthday party across town. She got shot while he was gone. Shot through her left arm and into her heart.
Yeah thats what im referring to. There’s some stat that says when the spouse of an older couple passes away, the other spouse usually dies shortly after.
I knew another dude who dropped dead in his 30s…my best friends ol lady…they had a baby, broke up for about 10 years got back together and had another baby
During those 10 years she had a boyfriend, I got to kno him he was cool…on Father’s Day a few years back he was playing basketball and had a heart attack and dropped dead…tall slim dude, looked like he was in decent shape

Damn that's sad, it is not as unusual as it sounds for a parent to die shortly after a child dies though.
This thread got me shook. I get my annual EKG, but I'm starting to think we need to check further as we get older. What other procedures are there?
I had a friend pass away from a heart attack, only 36, however he was overweight, but damn. People sleep on heart diseases.
