And BTW, in Maryland whether your firearm is "registered" or not. You CANNOT carry it on your person or in a vehicle (unless it's unloaded and stored in a container in your trunk) so that point is moot. There's no CCP given to "common" citizens in this state.

OP is was just abiding by his 2nd ammendment rights last night, the state of Maryland and it's goof troops are in stark violation of said ammendment.

Boring as fukk. The first jail they sent me to was shyt. They didn't let us use a phone Cells were dirty as shyt. shytty ass turkey bologna sandwich. ( I ain't eat that shyt). No clocks Only way we could find out what time it was by asking the co. Felt like I was in there forever. Got in there close to 10pm thursday and didn't leave till 2:30 pm friday. When I got to the second jail it was like heaven compared to the other shyt hole. Unlimited phone calls until you get locked up. Wasn't in a cell. We was in a big lobby. They even let us watch tv. Food was still shytty

Got caught in the car with the burner . Its my first offence. Got bagged thursday night just got out a couple hours ago. How much time they gone give me or they just gone give my probation. Im in Maryland

why were you pulled over? were you speeding? broken taillight? illegal turn? if any of these they can search because the weed stench is probable cause and reason for search.

they can't pull you over just for robberies in the area unless your car matches the description. two in a car is not enough either.

if you were driving normal you should be able to get at the very least a plea or out of it completely. they had no justification to pull you over. know someone who got pulled over drunk driving with 3 people in my car after the club when i pulled out after getting beer around 2 am. cop said he ran a red with an illegal turn. he knew he didnt. cop went back and watched the tape and knew he was right. pissed him the fukk off. cop could probably tell he was drunk but he couldnt do shyt because it was an illegal stop and would never hold up.
