- municipal multilevel parking structures
- widespread parks upgrades

@Michael's Black Son he’s right we already do have that abandoned railroad in Brooklyn that goes from damn near Bay ridge through Canarsie and Brownsville. They should use that line to make a train that goes from Brooklyn. queens and to the Bronx.
