I can dig this statement considering rappers like Wayne, 2Chainz etc. have blown up just because of their flow and wittiness. Hell, Wayne had a lot of people thinking he was he best in the business at one time with just a nice flow and his voice.
Wait . . holdup
. . so Gucci can't rhyme now?

Breh the Booth ain't the spot to be at if you looking for groundbreaking observations, threads always fall into these categories around here:
1. "Can't believe (insert name of latest Trap artist) is getting this much attention! Hip hop is officially dead"
2. "Remember when Nas ethered Camel..."
3."Is it safe to say 50 is no longer relevant after (insert latest 50 release) flopped?"
4. "Which rapper deserves to be ran over for ruining (insert classic single)?"

How you say it is very much as important as what you say. That's evident in a lot of walks of life. If you were going to fight someone and they calmly looked you in the eye and said "I'm going to kill you" you'd tend to be likebecause likely knows he will if need be and that conviction will convince you as well, as opposed to the dude overdoing it with extras telling you he's going to yank your eyes out and use them as golf balls
It's why Ice Cube is one of my all time favorites. His lyrics are quite basic even in his prime but when he spit with that ferocity in his voice you really thought you were listening to Amerikkkas Most Wanted

How you forget the "Illmatic/random nas album is trash". It's made here at least once a day![]()
